We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join a well-established international hosting and infrastructure provider based in Larnaca. As a Technical Support Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for web hosting matters (cPanel, DNS, Email) as well as for networking and server queries. You will work closely with the L2 and L3 teams for training, troubleshooting and escalation matters.
