Job Description:

The Technical Support Premise Technician is responsible for providing on-site Internet, Voice and TV Support and repair to our subscribers. This includes ensuring the reliability and functionality of communication systems to deliver high-quality services to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Voice, Internet and TV subscribers through troubleshooting hardware and software problems.


• Install, upgrade and replace customer premise equipment.


• Provision customer premise equipment.


• Respond to service disruptions and outages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

This role may require the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
