Job Description - Technical Support Representative

Position: Technical Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our growing team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner

- Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

- Educate clients on product features and functionality

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus
