Job Description - Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online training platform. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and maintaining the overall functionality and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online training platform

- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve any bugs or technical issues

- Maintain the security and integrity of our platform by implementing and monitoring security protocols

- Assist in the testing and implementation of new features and updates to the platform

- Document and track all customer inquiries and resolutions in our support system

- Provide training and support to new users of our platform

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our platform and support services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Experience in the healthcare or education industry is a plus
