**Job Description**
Brookfield Properties has an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, HI.
We are looking for a multitalented individual who has a technology background and can manage the property CCTV system and troubleshoot IT related issues with our centralized IT department. Overall, we seek qualities that display our companys core values which are Humility, Attitude, Do the Right Thing, Together and Own it.
**Responsibilities:**
* Repairing/replacing security cameras
* Repair card access systems
* Repair / replace traffic counting devices
* Troubleshoot and replace PCs and monitors
* Replace UPS units and batteries
* Work closely with our centralized IT team to troubleshoot technology issues
* Work directly with the Network Engineering team to troubleshoot and replace network gear such as Access Points, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and fiber/copper cabling at the site
* Troubleshoot shopper counting cameras and other IoT devices at the site
* Maintain inventory records
* Communicate with tenants and management
* Coordinate work assignments with outside contractors/vendors
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 5 years in related field
* A+ and Network + certification preferred
* 2 years Tech School or certificate preferred
* Certification in American Dynamics VideoEdge preferred
* Certification in American Dynamics C-Cure preferred
