Event Rental Systems (ERS) a Fullsteam Organization is a cloud-based

party rental software

package that allows customers to order online while viewing real-time inventory availability. Everything that can be automated has been, from intelligent add-on sales and customer surveys to pre-scheduled reminders to book rentals for the next year. Our intuitive and user-friendly

party rental booking software

allows you to run your business more efficiently through the use of reports, automatic marketing tools, and routing options that combine into an all-inclusive money-making machine! You can use the party rental software from any location that has internet access, including your phone using our 5-star-reviewed mobile app.

ERS is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role you will work with an exciting team that maximizes computer system capabilities by studying technical applications; making recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Have a comprehensive understanding of the ERS Software System Software and willing to continue training as well as contribute ideas for improvements and enhancements for new features are implemented into the system.

Complete Beta testing of new software features as they are released. Contribute to the design and development of analysis of system after testing. Review documentation and recommend new techniques and improvements to design and process flows and procedures.

Consult with end users to determine needs and specification requests, analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues as they arise with Supervisors and programmers.

Consult and train customers on the use of software products and systems that we develop.

Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Maintains client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Contribute to the team by completing any duty as requested by Team Leads and or Supervisors.

Primary Qualifications:

Specialize in different industries that can utilize our software to improve their business process.

Offer consistently great customer service with commitment to excellence in everything we do while always doing what would be in the best interest of the customer.

3+ years customer facing experience, ideally supporting software applications.

College degree preferred, but additional work experience will be accepted as a replacement for degree.

Must have excellent phone demeanor and problem-solving skills.

Thorough knowledge of computer software, hardware, and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
