Responsibilities

•      Help customers solve technical issues through voice, chat and email

•      Document issues and solutions, and escalate complex cases to the right team

Requirements

•      Fluent English (both written and spoken)

•      1+ year of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk or a similar role

•      Good understanding of operating systems, common software and basic networking

•      Strong communication skills and patience with customers
