Role: Technical Test Lead – FACETS
Duration: Full TIme / Permanent
Location : El Dorado Hills, CA / San Francisco, CA

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design, test execution analysis & reporting.
• Candidate should be a high-performing test expert on Facets Product having the ability to train and mentor other test analysts on different Facets Product Modules as needed.
• Atleast 4 years of experience in Core Functionalities of Facets which includes Membership, Provider Management, Claim Processing, Billing, Plan/Product, NetworX Pricing, Customer Service and Utilization Management Modules
• Strong knowledge of the FACETS Data Model
• Strong knowledge on Facets Architecture which includes Upstream and Downstream systems
• Strong knowledge on different EDI transactions.
• Strong technical and testing skills - Knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches
• Requires little supervision, self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, while remaining effective at reporting status on tasks daily / Very detail oriented
• Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues effectively
• Strong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet the standards of the Software Quality Management process
• Ability to work in Onsite – Offshore model.
• Responsible for all the deliverables in the project. Consolidate project status in Weekly status reports that are shared to client
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Industry Experience :
1. Working knowledge on Black-Box Testing following the Waterfall model, V model and Agile Methodology as well.
2. Working experience on Facets test data creation.
3. Working Knowledge on different EDI files creation (834, 837, 837, 270,271,276,277 etc)
4. Working experience on the following Facets Testing
• Smoke Testing
• Change Pack Testing
• Plan/Product Testing
• System Integration Testing
• Regression Testing
• End to End testing (Upstream, Facets core, Downstream)
5. Working experience in extract file validations from FACETS and other systems
6. Working knowledge on the Root Cause Analysis which provokes the factors of failure thereby taking proper measure to improve identified process
7. Working knowledge on Test Estimations
8. Working Knowledge on ALM as part of Test Management activities

Technology Experience :
Database : SQL Developer, Oracle
Tools: HP ALM 12 Series versions, Facets 5.20, EDI
Certifications : AHM 250 External Certification (Mandatory) / ISTQB (Desired)
