We will count on you to focus on bridging the gap between technical system architecture and end-user adoption. Along the way, you will get to: \n\n * Bridge the Knowledge Gap: Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Finance, and eCommerce teams to document \"as-is\" SAP processes and \"to-be\" Workday workflows, ensuring all facilities are aligned.\n * Develop Technical Documentation: Research, write, and maintain a comprehensive library of technical manuals, user guides, API documentation, and system configuration records specific to the Workday ecosystem.\n * Intranet \u0026 Content Management: Manage and monitor the ERP Project Intranet hub; serve as the lead editor for all Workday-related news announcements, FAQs, and troubleshooting repositories.\n * SME Collaboration: Coordinate with internal Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Developers to translate complex technical specifications into digestible content for non-technical stakeholders.\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
