Technical Writer

Overview:

Resource will be responsible for
hiring additional contract resources to get us documentation stable by end of
2023

·  Part of the 2023 Strategy for Integrations is moving to a
more service based model.

·  Success is highly dependent on clean, simple, and easily
digestible documentation

·  Onboarding and development efficiency requires updated
standards and practices

Location Type: Onshore, on -site preferred

Contract Duration: Through 12/31/2023

Responsibilities:

·  Audit / Update – approx. 1000+ endpoints to defined
standards

·  Create ancillary (linked) documentation that provides
clarity on canonicals (enterprise wide standardized data models)

·  Standards and practices that are not consistently managed
and maintained
