Technical Writer

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining all technical documents related to our pediatric services, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create technical documents for various pediatric services

- Write, edit, and proofread user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications

- Organize and maintain document repository to ensure easy access and version control

- Conduct research and gather data to support the development of technical documents

- Review and update existing technical documents to ensure accuracy and relevance

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all technical documents

- Participate in product development meetings to provide input on usability and user experience

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of technical documents

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software

- Familiarity with technical writing standards and best practices

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them in a clear and concise manner

- Experience with graphic design and visual communication is a plus
