Job Summary: 

Prepares, reviews, edits, and finalizes a variety of technical documents, reports, presentations, and other written materials. Ensures clarity, accuracy, and adherence to style guides and programmatic requirements. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Prepare, review, edit, and finalize technical documents and reports 


• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all written materials


• Adhere to style guides and programmatic requirements


• Develop presentations and other written materials


• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical content


• Maintain document version control and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience


• Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience 


• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills


• Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language


• Experience with style guides (e.g., GPO, Chicago Manual of Style)


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software
