Position Description

As a Technician at Incredible Pizza Company, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of games and attractions, including go-karts, bumper cars, and arcade games. This role involves preventative maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repairs to keep all equipment operating smoothly. You will work under the Head Technician and General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience. 

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the game room industry as a Technician is preferred but not required
• Ability to repair and maintain amusement equipment, including go-karts, bumper cars, and video games
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and computer equipment repair
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to order parts and maintain inventory
• Physically able to move supplies and equipment as needed
• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Technician Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide friendly and courteous interactions with customers
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance

• Paid Time Off (PTO): The number of PTO hours earned is calculated by the total number of hours the employee worked the previous 52 weeks (1 year). After 2 years of employment it is then divided by 26.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Weekends and evenings may required
