Technician Assistant

• The Technician Assistant supports HSN and helps maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• You will report to the Maintenance Area Manager.
• Schedule: 7:00am - 7:30pm - Rotating

What You'll Do

• Support maintenance tasks by assisting with repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and facility structures.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubricating parts, replacing belts, clearing debris, and supporting basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Operate tools and equipment such as drills, saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machines to complete assigned tasks.
• Help with building upkeep including patching walls, painting surfaces, assembling furnishings, and clearing drains.
• Document work performed by recording maintenance activities and entering data into required systems.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a distribution, industrial, or maintenance environment (typically 1–3 years).
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math, problem‑solving, and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
