Pay Range: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards
  
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and carry out repairs
  
• Communicate with the parts department to order and retrieve needed parts
  
• Save and tag warranty or customer-requested parts
  
• Inspect vehicles for further service or safety concerns
  
• Keep service advisors informed of changes in scope, timing, or additional needs
  
• Document all work performed and recommendations clearly on repair orders
  
• Road test vehicles as required
  
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  
• Stay up to date on manufacturer bulletins and updates
  
• Supervise and support apprentice technicians as assigned
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
• Handle all tools and equipment responsibly and safely
  
• Follow all regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal procedures
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

Swing Shift Schedule Needed (3pm-10pm)

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions:

• Working in shop with fans, if necessary
