No experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we'll provide the hands-on training you need to become a skilled RV Technician.

What You'll Do

As an RV Technician-in-Training, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems and components


• Perform interior and exterior repairs and maintenance


• Assist with electrical, plumbing, appliance, and structural repairs


• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance


• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe


• Communicate repair progress and any concerns with your supervisor


• Deliver quality workmanship while developing your technical skills
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade


• Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work


• Reliable with strong attendance and a positive attitude


• Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship


• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team


• Comfortable lifting, bending, climbing, and performing physical work throughout the day

Requirements

• Must provide your own basic hand tools.


• Must be able to perform physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments.


• Valid driver's license preferred.
