Technician - Ink Room

We are looking for a full-time, proactive Ink Technician.  Responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by ensuring designated print materials and tools are accurately set-up to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Compensation for this role is $21.60 per hour.

• Set-up ink to match specifications; match, formulate, and measure for designated orders, prioritizing as needed


• Perform quality tests and checks


• Troubleshoot ink issues


• Maintain inventory to meet or exceed goals/targets


• Update and maintain records, reports, samples, recipes/blends,


• Work closely with graphics department, operations, inventory, leadership, product development


• Maintain storage and work area to meet protocols


• Effectively communicate with others


• All other duties as needed.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

• HS/GED required


• 2-4 years' experience in a related field required; color matching

Technical Skills:

• AS preferred a/plus


• Ability to detect color required


• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Soft Skills:

• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.


• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.


• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.


• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
