    Communicates and coordinates with staff at work site, taking into consideration safety concerns of self and others (e.g., students, employees and utilization of appropriate safety equipment and procedures
    
  
  
  • 
    
    
    Prepares and cleans up job site (e.g., erecting scaffolding), taking into consideration safety concerns of self and others (e.g., students, employees), and disposes of waste and flammable materials
    
  
  
  • 
    
    
    Cleans out plumbing fixtures and drain lines including: water closets, urinals, lavatories, kitchen sinks, laundry sinks, laboratory sinks, drinking fountains, shower drains, floor drains, wash fountains, emergency eye wash fountains, floor sinks, grease trap outlets, grease trap piping, sewer mains, building drains, manholes, area drains, catch basins, storm drains, roof drains, roof leaders and storm sewer mains

    Available for snow removal efforts on a 24 hour on-call basis
