The Role:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.


• General maintenance of all facilities and property.


• General upholstery work and maintenance, including furniture and Table Games layouts.


• With guidance from supervisory personnel, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.


• Follow outline of preventive maintenance as scheduled.


• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.


• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.


• Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.


• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.


• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City and departmental management.


• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.


• Up to two years of experience in facilities maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience is strongly preferred.


• Basic knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.


• Ability to perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects related to maintenance of the property.
