Technology - Analyst Program ITechnology Analyst ProgramFiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5-year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Fintech and unique to you! We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, enthusiasm, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest will be the framework of the firm’s future, a pipeline of top talent for positions in critical functional areas across the firm. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.What you will do:As a part of the Application Development track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to code, program, test, and analyze application software. Support existing business systems applications or assist in the creation of new applications that benefit our vast client base. You will consult with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions while designing and documenting moderately sophisticated technical requirements for business applications. Additionally, you will assist the team in designing and developing computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user-defined conditions.As part of the Cyber Security track within the Technology Analyst program, you will be responsible for performing analysis of datasets from a wide array of sources, including security tool event and machine data, and ensuring the completeness and quality of the underlying is aligned with the organizational strategy and complies with best practices. The role will expose the candidate to new technologies and modern advanced analytical techniques.As part of the Data Science track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have opportunities in the Analysis, Management, and Visualization of Data across the firm. You will participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.As a part of the Database Management track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to maintain integrity and performance of company databases, keep data secure, inform users of database changes and train to utilize Fiserv systems. You will participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.As part of the IT Project Management track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will have opportunities in the Analysis, Management, and Visualization of Data across the firm. You will participate in complicated projects that can have significant outcomes in the business while strengthening the skills fundamental to lead in the FinTech industry. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.As a part of the QA Testing track within the Technology Analyst Program, you will develop and execute test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. You will be involved in planning, design, scripting, execution, debugging and reporting. Using your research and curiosity skill, you’ll help create new tools and testing. You’ll also participate in post-test activities, including error debugging.
