Technology and Learning Center Coordinator

St. Joseph's Academy seeks a full-time Technology and Learning Center (TLC) Coordinator. Coordinator plays a key role in managing the TLC space, overseeing after-school programming, and ensuring a calm and productive environment for students. 

Essential Duties:

1. Manages the TLC space and fiction collection
2. Manages budget and inventory for supplies in the TLC
3. Alerts faculty & staff when their packages are delivered to the TLC
4. Manages student lock assignments in conjunction with Dean of Women
5. Manages staff schedules for the After School Extended Time Program
6. Supervises students in TLC to ensure a calm, productive space, maintaining expectations throughout the school day
7. Proctors extended time or makeup testing after school in the TLC
8. Supervises students in the TLC that are sent due to teacher absences/substitute need
9. Monitor after-school environment in the TLC and manage check in/out system with study carrels
10. Assist Dean of Curriculum and Instruction with ACT Gear Up Systems & Instructional Resource Management

• High School Diploma

• Some type of educational + proctoring experience with assessments
