The Opportunity

We are growing Adobe's Risk Advisory Assurance Services (RAAS) team and are searching for a Senior Technology Auditor. You will drive and execute technology audits and advisory reviews surrounding operations, compliance, system implementations, acquisitions, IT transformations & automation. You will have the unique opportunity to gain broad technology exposure of the company and build close partnerships across the cloud technology organization.

The position will be based in Adobe's San Jose HQ and will report to the Senior IT Audit Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services.

What you'll Do

• Lead technology risk assessments activities via close collaborate with Cloud Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Units, and other leaders.

• Support the delivery and scaling of the Technology SOX program. Hands-on with testing or reviewing of IT General Controls (ITGC) & IT App Business controls, looking for both control gaps and opportunities to gain process efficiencies.

• Manage end to end on technology audits, system implementation & integration reviews, acquisitions compliance efforts, and applicable advisory initiatives with full involvement in planning, fieldwork & reporting.

• Keep abreast of organization polices, processes and changes and proactively come up with engagements to address the emerging risks

• Present insightful dashboards and reports to demonstrate our overall risk posture to the management

• Scoping, planning, designing the approach for the regulatory assessments & audits (SOX, PCI, FedRAMP, GDPR etc.)

• Support data analytics, automation and artificial intelligence efforts to support risk assessment, planning, audit procedures, and continuous monitoring.

• Research and stay current on new guidance/publications/standards and emerging technologies applicable to the technology audit function.

• Ensure proper identification and disposition of internal control issues and perform quarterly follow-up on required management actions.

• Prepare accurate, logical, & detailed audit work papers and reports while ensuring overall quality & consistency of audit work, and adherence to department and professional standards for audits.

• Support and prepare quarterly Audit Committee meetings/presentations/newsletters and other supporting documentation; prepare other CAE/CIO meeting presentations, as needed.

• Manage 2-3 direct reports in India.

What you need to succeed

Education:

• BS/MS/MBA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or similar.

• CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA or similar certification preferred.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of technology audit experience with an accounting firm or large global public company internal audit.

• Prior managerial experience of a team, local or global.

• Working knowledge of information security & Governance frameworks like COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and regulatory compliances like SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS

• Experience in one or more of the following IT audit areas: ITGCs, process controls, security, system implementations & integrations, e-commerce, data analytics, cloud computing or similar.

• Strong working knowledge of key business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, financial close, hire to pay, etc.) is highly desired.

• Experience in using RPA, analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g. UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Knowledge and experience with industry and regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. SOX 404, SOC1, ISO, ITIL, etc.).

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP system a plus.

Skills

• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to drive multiple projects efficiently & prioritize tasks to meet project requirements.

• Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management.

• Ability and desire to accept ambiguity, problem solve, and deliver solutions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A results-oriented team-player with a self-motivated, proactive, and positive can-do attitude.

• Strong EQ to effectively collaborate with people on shared goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,900 -- $194,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
