Job Description - Technology Controls and Audit Lead - Project Execution

As an experienced Technology Controls and Audit Lead - Project Execution within Corporate Technology, you will navigate the dynamic landscape of rapid technology advancements, cyber threats, increasing business demands, and global regulations. You will play an integral role in identification, assessment, oversight, monitoring and reporting of compliance and operational risk in line with firm standards.

Work closely with executive leadership across the firm to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives ensuring high quality, accurate controls, metrics, and processes which reduce risk and provide benefit to the firm. As a key professional in JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s global technology group, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading talent in developing programs with broad and lasting implications.

Key Responsibilities

Drive proactive risk identification, management, and oversight of issues across Corporate Technology, including identifying thematic root causes underlying issues and facilitating the effective remediation of control gapsResearch and develop data-driven assessment approach that will facilitate deeper risk conversations and robust forward-looking insights to enable competitive advantageCollaborate with risk leads and process owners to document and manage the sustained execution of control improvementsOversee issue management to identify trends, emerging risks, and actionable items in the risk and controls environmentPartner with central Cyber and Technology Controls and Global Technology teams to review and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to ensure CT operates within its defined risk appetiteInvestigate systemic control breaches to identify and address root cause across line of businessesProactive engagement with control functions across second and third line of defense functions to ensure understanding of the overall governance program.Assist with control governance forums, act as delegate in senior governance/steering committeesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExpert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplinesUnderstanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methodsExperience working with high-performing teams in complex program executionStrong understanding of stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operationsAbility to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firmCreate and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
