Compensation Range

Essential Functions
Assist in developing and delivering training materials for AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot
Support user onboarding for AI and collaboration tools through documentation, job aids, and reference materials
Respond to user inquiries related to AI tools and provide guidance on basic best practices
Support AI adoption initiatives by tracking training attendance, feedback, and basic usage metrics
Assist with rollout communications and coordination of enablement activities
Support prompt development and documented workflows for common Copilot use cases
Follow established governance, security, and compliance standards for AI tool usage
Provide basic administrative support for Microsoft 365 productivity tools
Escalate complex technical or compliance issues to senior team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools
Basic knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot
Ability to follow established governance, security, and responsible AI guidelines
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years of experience supporting digital tools, training, or technology adoption required
Experience with Generative AI tools and Microsoft 365 applications required
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week
**Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $34.85 to $46.40 per hour.
