Technology Lead – AML Portfolio

As a Technology Lead within the AML Technology portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions that support regulatory and compliance mandates. From initial design through deployment and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, you will guide and oversee the technology development life cycle, drive integration strategies, and ensure production readiness.

• You will build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align on delivery objectives. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires technical leadership, project oversight, and collaboration across teams to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
• Solution Leadership Define and lead the technology strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap for AML initiatives
• Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Business Owners, Architects, Vendors, and Infrastructure Teams
• Technology Planning Coordinate planning of application builds, data integration, testing, deployments, and support
• Delivery Oversight Ensure project estimates, resource plans, and delivery timelines align with scope and business priorities
• Production Readiness Integrate production support, resiliency, availability, and monitoring considerations into design
• Program Governance Track and report project status, milestones, risks, and delivery metrics to key stakeholders
• Quality and Risk Management Collaborate with QA and Risk teams to manage defects, testing outcomes, and regulatory risk exposure
• Deployment Coordination Lead and align technology releases across multiple project workstreams
• Continuous Improvement Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and reuse strategies

Job Requirements

• Strong technical and implementation experience with industry leading Name Screening Technology products. Preferably with NetReveal (SymphonyAI) and/or Quantifind products.
• Delivery Experience 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years in AML or regulatory environments
• Integration Expertise Experience in implementing complex data integrations with completeness controls and monitoring solutions
• Delivery Methodologies Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles
• Leadership & Communication Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Project Management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Education Undergraduate degree or technical certification preferred
