Role: Technology Lead – Support Lead
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Redmond, WA


Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, Maintenance and Support Engagements
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Service Operations Support Role.
• Incident Management, Resolving Service Requests, Environment Monitoring, Building Knowledge Repository.
• Experience in working with dependent/ external teams for new requests
• Operations improvement by defining telemetry standards, continuous improvement capability through reduction in ticket volumes and productivity loss.
• Reporting ticket trends for effective Project management
• Should be able to mentor team members and unblock team on technical issues
• Should own and strive to achieve team’s productivity and delivery timelines
• Should possess excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Experience in Agile working Methodology.
• Experience in estimating effort using any of the standard estimation techniques.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
