About the Job 

• Work closely with the Technology Recruiting Lead to help:  




• Facilitate multiple simultaneous candidate processes, managing deadlines and fostering positive candidate experiences


• Screen resumes/applications and interview candidates in high volume


• Schedule and coordinate multi-stage technical interviews


• Uphold effective communication between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers




• Represent Five Rings at on-campus events and initiatives 


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Collaborate with different members of the Recruiting team on various projects and improve processes where needed 

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree 




• All majors/concentrations are welcome (majors with a large set of transferable skills are preferred) 




• Self-starter able to take initiative with strong problem-solving skills


• Skilled in navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying solutions to anticipated challenges


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organizational and project management skills 


• Ability to confidently interact with all levels of management 


• Experience using applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets in a recruiting setting preferred


• Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude


• Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information


• Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks 


• Experience working both independently and collaboratively 


• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred 

Annual Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.
