Technology Trainer – Boston (South Station) - hybrid work schedule

Overview of the Technology Trainer role:

- perform end user technology education needs assessment
- small group settings, virtually and deskside
- deliver training in small group settings, virtually and deskside

Preferred Qualifications of the Technology Trainer:

- experience with Windows Server Administration, Office365, cybersecurity protocols, application support and VoIP Systems
- experience preparing and delivering technology curriculum
- CompTIA and/or Microsoft certifications preferred
