• Possess 1-8 years of relevant professional experience in IP and/or technology transactions.


• Have experience with patent acquisition and/or licensing roles within a law firm setting.


• Be adept at handling intricate and pioneering technology agreements.


• Demonstrate a collaborative spirit, especially when working with corporate groups.


• Be ready to take direct ownership and cultivate their own practice in certain roles.
