Qualifications & Requirements

  Candidate must reside within a 5 km radius of Dillibazar.

Key Responsibilities

  Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company's products and services.

  Present products and services clearly, professionally, and confidently to potential customers.

  Generate qualified sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

  Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to build trust and maximize conversion opportunities.

  Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

  Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.

  Prepare and submit daily call reports, sales reports, and performance updates.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  Maintain a high standard of professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent telephone etiquette in all customer interactions.
