Telecom Warehouse Associate

Join our expanding tower construction operation as a Warehouse Associate based in Grimes, Iowa. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.

  Manage all warehouse operations independently at the Iowa site.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive, process, and organize materials and freight arriving Monday to Friday.

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up site packages and materials necessary for local tower construction projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive and tow a trailer for deliveries and pickups across nearby project locations.

  
  


• 
  

  Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to handle shipments.

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately track inventory and complete detailed material records.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate remotely with supervisors and field teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Suggest and implement process improvements as the operation grows.

  
  

• 
  

  Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license suitable for operating a vehicle with a trailer in Iowa.

  
  


• 
  

  Trailer Towing Experience: Comfortable and experienced in towing and maneuvering a trailer in compliance with Iowa state laws.

  
  


• 
  

  Forklift Operation: Experience operating forklifts (certification preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Tower Construction Background: Previous experience in tower construction is highly desirable.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Independence: Enjoys working autonomously and excels when given ownership of tasks and workspace.

  Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and accountability for inventory.

  Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, to manage incoming shipments and outbound material flow.
