Telecommunication Technician

EOA Technologies is seeking a Telecommunication Technician on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. You will be responsible for:

• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.
• Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory
• Responsible for creation, modification, and remove of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
• Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
• Responsible for responding to security incident reports
• Works with customer ticket in the SupportIT ticketing system. 

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

• Possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• IAT Level 1 Certification
• Day Shift Monday - Friday
• Shall have a minimum of Fourteen (14) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
• Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
