Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as Civil Construction Foreman, Wireless Civil knowledge is a must. In this role, you will be an essential part of various civil construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and adapt to different construction tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.


• Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects.


• Foreman responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements


• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance - maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types


• Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently


• Must be able to work at heights
  


• Ability to travel overnight a week at a time


• Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment


• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.


• Ability to assist in the building of all types of communication sites. (Self supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops)

Education and Experience:

• 
  OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.

  A valid driver's license is required.

  Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

  Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical activity.


• 
  Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.
