Telecommunications Specialist - Desktop - Days

The Communications Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the in-house telephone/data lines and communication systems. The Specialist will support and maintain switching equipment, a variety of telephone sets, intercom and public address systems, cabling and related equipment. The Specialist with ensure quality, efficient day to day management, operation, planning, and implementation of the telephony network to support Memorial's business operations.

Education:

• High School or GED

Experience:

• One (1) year working in IT/telecommunication industry

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers


• Possess strong analytical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills
