TELEHEALTH CONTRACT SUPERVISING BCBA - SCOTTSDALE, AZ

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our Scottsdale team. You will evaluate clients' needs and provide supervision and support to BT’S & RBT’s. 

Compensation:  

• $60 - $75 an hour 

Work Schedule: 

• Flexible hours - Flexible schedule during clinic hours for supervision of BTs and RBTs based on 25hr weekly billable hours 

• Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM 

• No weekends or travel required 

• All clinic-based care, and ability to work 100% remote 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Working 25 weekly billable hours 

• Implement individualized therapy plans 

• Provide supervision to BTs and RBTs on staff 

• Conduct parent training and oversee client progress 

• Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion  

• Must currently hold AZ LBA license 

• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
