As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing virtual healthcare services to patients through video and phone consultations. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their medical needs and provide appropriate care and treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Provide education and guidance to patients on managing their health conditions and making lifestyle changes

- Monitor and track patient progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans

- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to all HIPAA and telehealth regulations and guidelines

- Continuously educate yourself on the latest telehealth technologies and best practices

Requirements:

- Active nursing license in the state of Illinois

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse

- Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records systems

- Knowledge of HIPAA and telehealth regulations

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes

- Availability to work full-time hours and be flexible with schedule as needed
