About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Myriam Guerra in McAllen, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable insurance agency and contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our insurance products

Set appointments for our sales team to meet with potential clients

Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer information

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries about our insurance products

Requirements:

Prior experience in telemarketing or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

High school diploma or equivalent
