Job Description: We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer/Dialer/Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer system.
- Introduce our precious metals products and services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss investment opportunities with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Interest or experience in the precious metals industry is a plus.
- Must be able to qualify leads effectively.
