About the Role

Our client, an innovative on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company, is hiring TeleOperations Operators to support its growing fleet of self-driving vehicles.

In this role, you’ll serve as the “human-in-the-loop”, providing remote assistance when vehicles encounter complex real-world scenarios. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, situational awareness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor a fleet of autonomous vehicles in real time, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

• Provide remote guidance or take control when needed, following strict safety protocols.

• Collect and report performance data to improve system functionality.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback on tools and usability.

• Maintain compliance with company protocols and regulatory requirements.

Shifts Available

💡 Candidates must be flexible on both shift days and AM/PM availability. Flexibility is highly preferred.

Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Tues–Sat

• Wed–Sun

• Thurs–Mon

• Sat–Wed

Evening Shift (5:30 PM – 2:00 AM)

• Tues–Sat

• Wed–Sun

• Thurs–Mon

• Sat–Wed

Requirements

✅ Excellent driving record; no criminal history
✅ 2+ years in operations, technical support, software testing, or similar role
✅ Comfortable with Windows & Linux
✅ Basic understanding of QA testing principles
✅ Strong written and verbal communication
✅ Willingness to work flexible shifts

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience with QA testing or autonomous vehicle industry
⭐ Bachelor’s degree in STEM, analytics, or related field
⭐ Familiarity with data analysis & reporting metrics
⭐ Comfort with video game-style controls or simulators
