The Telephone Collector Representative is responsible for contacting consumers to determine the reason for payment delinquency; negotiating payment arrangements or payment in full; using a computerized system for tracking and information gathering; answering inquiries and troubleshooting complaints, and managing aging accounts. Telephone Collectors must possess the ability to reach monthly commission and production goals while effectively dealing with high stress interactions with consumers.
