Salary and Benefits

• $37,440 to $43,000 annually

Your Role as a Teller: As a Teller, you’ll be the welcoming face of Austin Telco, providing efficient and courteous service while fostering meaningful connections with our members. You’ll handle transactions with care, assist with phone and mail requests, and maintain accurate cash handling—all while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to respect, professionalism, and integrity.

Location: 2400 Taos, Austin, TX 78745 

Schedule: You must have availability Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30+ PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 12:00+ PM. The shifts may be 8:0 0AM to 4:30 PM or 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED required   
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience—accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Outstanding customer service skills—a passion for helping members and creating positive experiences
