What You’ll Do

As a Teller, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, efficient service while assisting with a variety of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
✔ Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships
✔ Accurately processing member transactions and account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency
✔ Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana’s products and services
✔ Promoting Altana’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have:
✔ Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
✔ A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
