About the Role:

As a Teller Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our banking operations, organizing and coordinating services to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible. You'll manage a Teller Team, fostering our Bank’s service culture and Core Values, Mission, and Vision through mentoring, coaching, and motivation. Lead by example and make a real impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires for the Teller Team. Provide exceptional customer service and oversee the team's performance to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, approve and edit time punches, and handle requests for time off.
  • Optimize Performance: Mentor, train, supervise, delegate duties, and establish clear responsibilities and performance      expectations. Collaborate with the Retail Regional Manager and Human Resources on performance issues.
  • Develop Your Team: Actively train and assess the Teller Team’s development, notifying the Retail Regional Manager of      potential career advancements.
  • Conduct Reviews: Assist in preparing and providing timely and accurate 90-Day and Annual performance reviews.
  • Maintain Excellence: Ensure a cohesive, well-trained, and motivated Teller Team to meet the department’s demands.
  • Monitor Operations: Track client transaction activity, catalog risk or loss situations, and create a notification process for management awareness.
  • Hold Meetings: Lead weekly Teller Team meetings and quarterly individual meetings.
  • Handle Banking Tasks: Make NSF decisions, assist with CDARS, generate forms within DepositPro, order daily cash      requirements, and supplies for the branch.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with Teller policies, procedures, training, and applicable banking regulations to prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate: Work with the Retail Regional Manager to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
  • Be Present: Perform responsibilities during Bank hours by being physically present in the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on business needs. Travel between branches as needed.
  • Perform Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of bank employment experience (including cash handling and customer service).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Attributes: High level of professionalism and integrity, business acumen, flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
