About the Role

As a Teller Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Tellers to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll play a key role in mentoring staff, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Teller Team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and PTO approvals using Paylocity
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development support
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins
• Handle escalated customer issues, NSF decisions, and branch cash needs
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with Retail Regional Manager and HR on team performance and development
• Travel between branches as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of banking experience (cash handling and customer service)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience
• 4+ years of banking experience
• Experience in performance management and team development
