As a Teller Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our credit union, assisting members with their financial needs and providing top-notch service. Your role will involve:

• Building Relationships: Engage with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will help create lasting connections.
• Driving Sales: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services, helping members achieve their financial goals. Your enthusiasm for our offerings will drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions, and resolving issues within your authority.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote our products and services.
• Maintain accurate member account information and ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures.
• Provide prompt, accurate service and support to all members and associates.

Performance Measurements:

• Deliver informed, prompt, and accurate service to members.
• Achieving or exceeding sales goals and contributing to department objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Education: A high school education.
• Skills: Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
