Temp Customer Service Representative

 

We are hiring a Temporary Customer Service Representative for an onsite opportunity in Denver, CO. This position is a great fit for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling customer communication by phone and email.

The Customer Service Representative will act as the main point of contact for customers, helping with questions, order updates, returns, complaints, shipping coordination, and general customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to provide a positive and personalized customer experience.

Pay: $25–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary, 3+ months with opportunity for long-term
Work Setting: Onsite
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer communication by phone and email


• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system


• Confirm customer pricing before order confirmation


• Keep customers updated on delivery dates and order status


• Assist with shipping logistics and customer shipment questions


• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints


• Research customer complaints and help create adjustments when needed


• Track customer complaints and notes in the CRM system


• Process customer returns


• Maintain accurate customer and order records


• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized customer service


• Support continuous improvement and company safety policies


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required


• 1 year of customer service experience required


• Manufacturing customer service experience preferred


• Strong phone and email communication skills


• Professional, positive, and courteous attitude


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Ability to learn ERP/CRM systems


• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills


• Ability to handle different customer personalities and changing situations


• Reliable, dependable, and able to work onsite
