Temp, Fabric and Materials

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $26.50 / hr

Position Summary

Assist Materials teams with various organizational tasks: Filing, purging, organizing, board creation, board dismantling. Some data entry needed.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain organizational tasks for the Materials Team

Special Projects/Tasks:

• Organizing, Labelling Fabric Library

• Purging seasonal items to FabScrap

• Filing submits into seasonal binders

• Dismantling past season boards

• Creating New Boards/ cards

• Data Entry for Mills

• Pricing Fabric Headers

• Printing out sketches/ Adding in plastic covers

• Moving Binders/ Dismantling Binders

Qualifications

• Office Experience

• Energetic Attitude

• Problem Solver for Space Saving

• Proactive in assessing how to improve organization

Skills:

• Excel, Microsoft Suite
