Temporary Human Resources Generalist
Pay Rate: $35 an hour - $55 an hour
Location: Houston, Texas 77041
Hours: Contract; Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, coaching, and consulting on a variety of HR and business issues to business unit leaders and employees.
- Create job postings (internal and external) and conduct interviews.
- Track candidate stats and jobs filled/jobs open.
- Manage offer process proposing, preparing, extending, and negotiating offers.
- Provide support with claims administration.
- Update and maintain records.
- Prepare presentation materials.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must have experience with WorkDay.
- Must be an intermediate/advanced user of Excel.
