Temporary Case Management Intake Specialist

A reputable non-profit in Fitchburg, WI is looking for customer service oriented case managers on 1st shift for a project running until October 2025! A perfect job for an experienced customer service professional who is interested in helping your fellow human, this position will assist indivlduals seeking energy assistance and housing stability resources and offset potential life-threatening energy emergencies. This is a Full Time position on a temporary project slated to end in late October, with opportunities to extend or be hired on permanently dependant on performance. 

Pay: $23/hour

Hours: Vaired hours, Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:30pm; will work 40 hours each week

Work includes:

• Assist customers in office, over the phone, and through email
• Provide resources for assistance/stability programs to applicants 
• Advocate with outside fuel and utility companies on applicants' behalf
• Review forms and documents with customers
• Determine eligibility and authorization statuses

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or office admin experience 
• Reliability and perfect attendance needed for this short-term project
• Personality and attitude is huge!
• Genuine care for other people
• Willing to learn
