Under general supervision, to work with and supervise the work of Utility Mechanics' A and B, Laborers and Summer Helper A, and other grades of unskilled work not specifically covered in other job specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
Should have considerable aptitude for supervising various types of unskilled labor work.
